  Awful company who over promise and under deliver! 4 weeks without furniture and no customer service what so ever. I was told furniture was in stock, out of stock, stock was lost. Stock not available, stock available, stock lost again. I was refunded twice and was promised a call every day for 4 weeks. I was left confused as to what the company got out of this? After reading other reviews I am certain this company will be in liquidation soon. The best advice I can give is to avoid.

  Terrible company. Ordered toy box for son’s room, when assembling one of the hinges was missing. Contacted company and they said they would send a replacement - after 2 weeks of chasing (when the box had to sit in the middle of our living room, being unsafe for him to use) this finally arrived. However, once the box was in use it soon became apparent it was absolutely unfit for purpose - the fixings joining the sides come apart at slightest use - not safe at all. Contacted customer services again and they’ve ignore me. Had to just accept it as a bad lot and put extra screws in but would warn anyone off using them. Box was also damaged in places on receipt but I accepted this as kiddies will no doubt bash it anyway.
